Lifestar Emergency Medical Services provides Advanced Life Support Ambulance service including RN, Critical Care Paramedic and EMT-Intermediate care to our patients.  We are available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year to transport to the destination of your choice.  For emergency and non-emergency ambulance service, contact:

Lifestar also provides medical wheel chair van service to the elderly and disabled.  Although transports are usually made by appointment, they are not always necessary.  Generally, transports are provided beginning at 6:00am until 6:00pm Monday - Friday and occasional hours on weekends and holidays.  To arrange a transport, contact our dispatcher at 262.338.9798.
